Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to sign up for or make changes to your benefits. This year, enrollment is 100% online through the Employee Navigator system. Scan the QR code to get started.

What’s New:

Electronic Enrollment: The enrollment process is now fully online via Employee Navigator. An email with a registration link will be sent to your personal email.

• Dental: New carrier is Delta Dental with lower premiums and two plan options.
• Medical: Premiums have increased. A waiver form is required for those declining medical insurance.
• Voluntary Benefits: Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital benefits are now offered through both EBS and UNUM.
• Life & Disability Insurance: Now provided through UNUM, replacing Reliance.

Important Reminders:

• 📝 Everyone must log in and complete enrollment, even if you are not making any changes or waving coverage.
• 🚫 FSA Enrollment: This is the only benefit not enrolled through Employee Navigator. To enroll in a Healthcare or Dependent Care FSA, you must contact HR directly.
• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Adding Dependents: If you are adding a spouse or children for the first time, you must email a copy of the birth certificate (for children) or marriage certificate (for a spouse) to rachel.c.wilson19.ctr@army.mil or ruby.gutierrez2.ctr@army.mil or bring the documents to the HR office.
